Groningen is the capital of the North-East region of the Netherlands. At the back of the station, there is a dated area, used extensively. Prorail owns a part of this site and wanted to know what its value is.

We developed two extreme but realistic scenarios to reach that goal. One project emphasizes the cultural and economical position of Groningen. The other project offers a new local life to the youth of Groningen. Only the second one will be shown here.

A complete analysis had shown which physical improvements were needed and what the demand in the area was.
