I have been asked, together with partners from Zooow! Building Formats and Hogeschool Utrecht to help start the integral and sustainable improvement of the station square in Amersfoort. Very typical issue in the Netherlands: bike parking. There is not enough and it is not leaving any space on the square for other activities like dwelling, sitting, meeting, relaxing, waching performances or eating and drinking.

Wilhelminahaven is part of bigger Rotterdam’s old haven evolving towards mixed-use districts. As in Rotterdam, the area is outdated but has a lot of potential due to its historical buildings and its location.
