BLEIZO, Connected Agridistrict

Why | To develop a comprehensive and integrated cluster around a coming station
What | Multi-analyse + vision + scenarios + visualisations
Where | Zoetermeer, the Netherlands
With | ABL2
Who | For cities Bleiswijk en Zoetermeer

Bleizo is meant to be planned as an area where mobility facilities and real estate develop in the same time and in function of each other. It is a new way to do.

Bleizo area is in between two cities: Zoetermeer, a modern city known for its IT companies and Bleiswijk, a small city welcoming lots of greenhouses and businesses related. The goal was to find a concept that would match on the one hand with all the expectations of the stakeholders and on the other hand the physical site and the market.
