Longwy has a rich and industrial past. Unfortunately it became few by few a sleeping city and a cheap place to leave for people working in Luxemburg. Indeed is the banks city just a few 30 kms away. Therefore and not only, the place has a huge potential. It has a historical citadel from Vauban registered at the UNESCO and a know-how in pottery internationally renowned. I have been asked, together with partners from Zooow! Building Formats and Hogeschool Utrecht to help start the integral and sustainable improvement of the station square in Amersfoort. Very typical issue in the Netherlands: bike parking. There is not enough and it is not leaving any space on the square for other activities like dwelling, sitting, meeting, relaxing, waching performances or eating and drinking.

Dolte is a small modern urban planning company. It functions within a network of complementary companies and agencies with whom it has several years of experience. What about finding a physical place to work easily together? The goal of this study was to analyze the local market of clusters and incubators and to offer a new perspective on urban coworking.
