Many houses built since the seventies in Lille Metropolis are the ones located in the middle of their garden. This typology created urban sprawl and is harmful consequences: rural and natural spaces reduced, traffic jams, sleepy and insecure areas… In the same time many surveys shows that a house is what French people prefer. Dolte is a small modern urban planning company. It functions within a network of complementary companies and agencies with whom it has several years of experience. What about finding a physical place to work easily together? The goal of this study was to analyze the local market of clusters and incubators and to offer a new perspective on urban coworking.
