Wilhelminahaven is part of bigger Rotterdam’s old haven evolving towards mixed-use districts. Bleizo is meant to be planned as an area where mobility facilities and real estate develop in the same time and in function of each other. It is a new way to do.

Bleizo area is in between two cities: Zoetermeer, a modern city known for its IT companies and Bleiswijk, a small city welcoming lots of greenhouses and businesses related. The goal was to find a concept that would match on the one hand with all the expectations of the stakeholders and on the other hand the physical site and the market.
