Spaces have a\u00a0<strong>human dimension,<\/strong> offer a\u00a0<strong>positive and safe experience<\/strong>\u00a0to people and make the place attractive and pleasant. The local economy is\u00a0<strong>dynamic<\/strong>\u00a0and the multiple activities make the place\u00a0<strong>rich and lively<\/strong>. The\u00a0<strong>nature is integrated, <\/strong>\u00a0and the environment is respected by the use of <strong>appropriate technologies<\/strong>, constructions and transportation.
